Private Case Managers serve as a liaison between the client, court, family, physician, therapist, insurance company, hospital, and other important systems that support the welfare and care coordination of the person. A Case Manager coordinates, manages and carefully tailors options in order to meet individual needs. The Case Manager is focused on balancing cost and quality so that resources are used appropriately. Since many systems that clients have to work with are fragmented and complex, the Case Manager must have a broad-base of knowledge including: medical, financial, social work, and more. Below is a list of Private Case Managers, listed in the counties they service.

Elder Law encompasses a wide variety of regulations designed to help protect the elderly. Elder Law is a composition of legislations that determine the rights and obligations that apply to those who are considered elderly. While some of these laws are specific to Elder Law, many of them can be found in other practices. Elder Law has been established as an official branch of law due to the burgeoning population of senior citizens. The determinants for what classifies a citizen as an elder are specific to each Elder Law.

From planning and picture hanging to making the bed, they take care of every detail. These are free services to seniors and their families and caregivers. They are very knowledge about the living facilities in the area and will help you through the process of selecting the right retirement or assisted living community for your loved one.
